Here is my first christmas cake I have made, I started cake decorating course in Sept 08 and it is finally finished. Really pleased with the result never thought I would get to this stage.
Fruit cake, then marzipan and then royal iced 3 times, and made runouts and 3 kinds of piping and the designing the holly and white flowers.
