Just thought that I would share my second cake I have made at college I am really pleased with the finished result and unfortunately its made on a dummy so I won't be able to eat it, but the good news is it will be shown at the cake decorating show at the NEC this year how exciting is that!Tracy x

Oh my goodness Tracy! This is fantastic! I love taking classes like this, just never enough time. I think you did a GREAT Job! I'd hire you. :-) I'll have to think of an excuse to come to England so you can make me a cake.
