sugar bowl

This the card that I am entering for the sugarbowl challenge this week, I wasn't to sure on the papers when I had done it but now its comeplete I sort of like it. You have to use pearls in your creation this week I have used liquid pearls on my tabs and the flowers on my little girls and big pearls on the flowers, su papers, promarkers and retro punches.

here is my entry for this weeks spoonful of sugar which is to add lace to your card and just christmas and birthday cards is the fab layout.

Another challenge, and another card lol I am entering this for this weeks just magnolia and a competition over at dies to die for . I have used my lovely promarkers see below for the colours used, su papers, stickles and ribbon and various flowers from stash and I have coloured some clear dewdrops to go on my flowers.

So here is the finished cake I am quite pleased with how it looks the red man was much harder to make i thought though, and i run out of time to do his name so had to think of something quick thank heavens for my alphabet & number cutters.

Just hope my nephew can recognise the characters lol!

ben 10 cake day 2

Well its day 2 I have just finished piping round the edges glued ben and the blue monster on and added some shimmer dust!

Now the stars and balls are dry I have added them I made the ben 10 words last night still got a bit to do but nearly finished!

should be done by today lol, my card making has taken a back seat unfortunately will be back into it tomorrow hopefully!

Here is a sneek preview of my nephews birthday cake for saturday still got quite a bit to do and I have set my self a challenge I have borrowed some amazing books from the library and when you don't have your tutor watching over you at college its a bit scary doing a cake by yourself took me 2 hours to colour and make ben hes a bit overweight but not bad for first go i think and don't let on to my nephew but its double chocolate cake inside

here is my entry for this weeks whiff of joy the layout is gorgeous and the design team have done a fab job as always.
I have use my basic grey papers and my new prima flowers and I have some more new promarkers and just love how deep red and dark green go together I have made this card for my nieces birthday at the beginning of June.

Just thought that I would share my second cake I have made at college I am really pleased with the finished result and unfortunately its made on a dummy so I won't be able to eat it, but the good news is it will be shown at the cake decorating show at the NEC this year how exciting is that!

Here is my entry for this weeks stamp with stampavie I have loved working with the layout, and the colours I wouldn't normally use but my sister bought over my new SU papers last night and I just couldn't resist.

Here is my second card of high school musical, they are for a friends granddaughter, I have decorated the inside of this one!

I have used lots of red paper now so I have a real shortage I will need to stock up very soon!

New shoes!

Here is my entry this week for secret crafter challenge, I purchased this new digital image from sketching stamper this is one of Chris's new designs and its gorgeous I have used beads on the front of my shoe, chalked the background with glimmer chalks used my promarkers for colouring a piece of organza ribbon and basic grey papers i would love this card my self it is so classy but have done for a friend!

Another commissioned card this week she is gorgeous to play with and to have as a friend, I have used my daughters new stamp that she won on the roses and papers challenge for entering her candle she made she was over the moon.
sentiment stamp is from ebay that i bought quite a while ago now.

I have used a sarah kay image for my card, I enjoyed the layout on this challenge it is a sugar bowl layout I think, so can't enter for this challenge will have to see what else I can enter it for this week! I have used none other than my promarkers yet again I don't know how I have lived without them before!

I have put stickles on the flowers but you can't really see as I am not an expert when it comes to taking photographs lol!

here is my entry this week for sketch saturday and stamp something the theme over there this week is pink! Ienjoyed working with this sketch and I finally have my own set of miss anya stamps so I don't have to borrow my sisters anymore lol.

Here is a recent commisioned card for lady a work that wanted a wedding card, I have used some of my lili of the valley diecuts, these are fantastic if you just need to make a really quick card up! and I have stamped some of my doves onto glitter card with stazon ink and finished off with ribbon and some wedding rings.

I love the colour purple

Oooohhh I so love the colour purple, I made this card last night when my sister Debra came over for our weekly card making night only it has been about 3 weeks since we saw each other so I had missed her and our sessions a little bit.
Anyway I finally managed to get hold of my own Miss Anya's after borrowing my sisters lol I used my new basic grey papers gorgeous and had a go at lollipop flowers that everyone seems to be enjoying at the moment and I must admit I am quite pleased with them.
I am entering this card into this weeks creative inspirations challenge I have really enjoyed working with their layout this week!
